Terry applies his extensive experience with Lean continuous/process improvement, manufacturing strategy, gemba kaizen, quantitative analysis, and performance improvement to provide solutions to manufacturers across the state. Facilitating root cause analysis and quantified mistake proofing; conducting coaching for Lean thinking among senior leadership; assessing and guiding the management of supply chains and the mapping of their value streams are but a few of the tools and techniques Terry implements to help manufacturers achieve better business results.
Terry has served as an Industrial Engineer, Chief Industrial Engineer and General Manager in Operations Management. He brings his operational excellence training from Shingijutsu, Porsche Consulting, Boston Scientific, and United Technologies to directing and managing strategic business and operations transformation projects. His knowledge of Hoshin Kanri business strategy ensures strategic goals of a company drives progress and action at every level of the organization.
Terry holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Distribution-Logistics from Southern Polytechnic State University and a M.S. degree in Technology Management from Central Connecticut State University. He also earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from CCSU. He was both an Operations Lean Practitioner and a Program Nominated Lean Master for a Fortune 50 aerospace enterprise. He is a national-level expert in pre-determined time work measurement and authored the Enterprise-wide Capacity Analysis Tool for Supplier Development and Production Readiness for use across a Fortune 50 global supply chain.
