Kathleen is responsible for sales and business development in the greater Hartford region of Connecticut. She works on identifying client needs, matching them to appropriate solutions, and delivering impactful projects that meet or exceed expectations.
Kathleen has over 30 years’ experience in operational leadership including compliance, efficiency initiatives, new product development, marketing, sales, implementation and project management. With a reputation for inspired problem-solving and team leadership, she has a track record of leveraging technology to drive results. Kathleen’s career arc includes designing and developing IBM’s first Tele-coverage program which increased IBM’s market presence; Co-Founder and owner of a successful family business, building the company from an idea into a strong, respected provider in its market niche; Managing projects and compliance measures for technology firms and leading all aspects of business growth and development for a major print production organization.
Kathleen has a Master of Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovation Practices degree from Bay Path University, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from CCSU.
