Serenity Goat Milk Soap LLC’ s story

John and I moved to Durham, CT in 1978 following our dream to work a small farm. We have raised chickens, goats, sheep, countless vegetables and four beautiful daughters, one of whom is now running her own dairy goat farm one town over in Higganum, CT.
We began making Goat Milk Soap when our daughter started her Dairy Goat Farm, Udder Works Goat Farm in Higganum CT. So much creamy goat milk was calling to be made into luxurious natural goat milk Serenity Goat Milk Soaps, Serenity Goat Milk Soap LLC became a reality. We are a family-owned and operated business using natural ingredients and local goat milk from Udder Works Dairy Goat Farm in Higganum, Connecticut.
As a small family business, Serenity Goat Milk Soap LLC is dedicated to providing the best in all natural soap goat milk soap. Our handcrafted goat milk soaps are a delightful blend of both science and art. We create our soaps using a cold process method and only the finest ingredients such as cold pressed oils, pure essential oils and herbs and of course, fresh goat milk. We make our soaps in small batches of about 22 bars at a time. This permits us to stay detail oriented and produce the best product possible. We have also expanded our line to include handmade goat milk soaps scented with the highest quality fragrance. Our intention is to provide a wider range of scent options that may not be available in essential oils. Our ingredient labels are filled with words our customers will understand.When you use a bar of Serenity Goat Milk Soap you are using a natural handcrafted soap that has been lovingly handmade in small batches with great care and attention to detail. We create each batch of soap as if we were making it for our own family. Some even say they can feel the love when they use our soaps. We design and hand package our soaps simply, and elegantly so our products will have a natural, customized look.
