CONNSTEP is excited to announce a new technology partnership with iQ3Connect, a leading provider of cutting-edge XR (Extended Reality) training solutions.

Through iQ3Connect’s innovative XR platform (Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, and Virtual Reality), this collaboration will enable Connecticut’s small and medium-sized manufacturers to cost-effectively operationalize immersive training and collaboration.

“This partnership with CONNSTEP, uniting iQ3Connect’s XR Training Platform with CONNSTEP’s expert business consulting, will empower Connecticut businesses with innovative 3D spatial learning and XR technology to streamline workforce development, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation,” said Ali Merchant, CEO & Founder of iQ3Connect.

iQ3Connect’s technology simplifies and expedites the process for bringing digital assets (3D CAD, scans, 360o video) into immersive experiences that are accessible on any browser-based device.

In November of 2024, iQ3Connect presented during CONNSTEP’s webinar, “Stay Competitive, Drive Revenue, Reduce Costs,” powered by CONNSTEP’s Technology Partners.

“CONNSTEP is excited to collaborate with iQ3Connect,” said CONNSTEP Strategist Services Consultant Anthony DiCioccio

“Their cutting-edge XR solutions offer a unique opportunity for Connecticut’s small and medium-sized manufacturers to reimagine their operations.”

Through this partnership, CONNSTEP clients can access iQ3Connect’s self-service platform to create custom XR training experiences for maintenance, repair, operations, assembly, manufacturing and other industrial use cases.

This advanced training system can enhance knowledge retention, accelerate skill development, and improve safety, leading to a more efficient and effective workforce better prepared for the demands of modern manufacturing.

By connecting manufacturers with iQ3Connect’s XR training solutions, CONNSTEP is helping to build a more competitive and innovative manufacturing ecosystem in Connecticut.
