Primary Responsibilities

Jeff assists Connecticut companies with innovation and product development. He is responsible for coaching companies to originate new ideas, innovative concepts and best practices that contribute to organizational improvement and problem solving. He applies his Lean and Six Sigma knowledge to bridge gaps in business development, product development, and operations. Jeff also assists companies in creating innovation partnerships to bring new technologies to market.

Notable Performances

Jeff has more than 20 years of product development and program management experience, leading diverse teams in telecommunication, semiconductor and aerospace industries. He has successfully created products which have led to companies achieving increased revenue and improved profits. Jeff has created partnerships leading to the introduction of new technologies into the market and applied Lean tools to improve operational and product development processes. Utilizing Six Sigma methods, he has solved critical problems affecting product performance and yields. Jeff is an effective teacher, a skill he applies to successfully support workforce development.

Achievements

Jeff is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor’s of Science with High Distinction and of Boston University with a Master of Arts, both in Physics. In addition, Jeff has studied Applied Physics at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and product development at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is active in supporting STEM education.
