Primary Responsibilities

Caitlyn is responsible for providing administrative support to CONNSTEP’s Business Development Advisors. She works on connecting the Advisors with other departments within the company, ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are met, and long-term goals are fulfilled. 

Notable Performances

Caitlyn recently launched her professional career and previously excelled in her college years as the President of the Entrepreneurship Club, the Chief Justice for the Student Government, and hosting an investment competition that brought over $40,000 of funding to student businesses. For over 10 years, she has participated in a creativity competition called Odyssey of the Mind.

Achievements

Caitlyn graduated with a degree majoring in Business Management and a minor in Psychology from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She is new to Connecticut, having relocated from Washington state. Caitlyn prides herself on helping her community and holds a position on her local Farmers Market committee.
