CONNSTEP Offers Post-Pandemic Business Assessments for Connecticut Manufacturers

July 19, 2020

(Hartford, CT, July 29, 2020) – CONNSTEP, Inc., a member of the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), announced today that for a limited time it is providing a series of business enhancement assessments free of charge to those Connecticut-based manufacturers who were negatively affected by COVID-19.

As the state emerges from the coronavirus pandemic, many manufacturers are taking a fresh look at their business plans. While they are implementing new safety protocols for their operations, several are facing a new competitive landscape given current economic conditions.

In an effort to give them a head start, CONNSTEP has created a series of assessments for manufacturers that will analyze capacity capabilities, workforce utilization, technology applications, human resource systems, cybersecurity readiness, and strategic business planning.

Each of these assessments offer the benefit of an independent, experienced evaluation resulting in a roadmap that can be applied to specific areas of a business that may need strengthening, reinforcement, or an entire changeover. Assessments may be completed remotely or in-person with proper safety precautions.

Business owners and leaders have steered their companies through this rocky economic period and are preparing for what is being called the new normal. The right assessment can help guide their business forward.

For more information about these assessments, contact CONNSTEP at 1.800.266.6672 or by email at info@connstep.org.
