Primary Responsibilities

Anna employs her cybersecurity and technology expertise to assist small and midsize Connecticut manufacturers with regulatory cybersecurity compliance. She conducts assessments, risk analyses, and cybersecurity reviews, helping companies navigate and implement CMMC requirements and develop robust governance strategies. Anna provides guidance on the creation of company-wide cybersecurity compliance programs including policies, procedures, compliance documentation, risk management best practices, the development of incident response capabilities, and security training initiatives. She helps businesses enhance their security resiliency, protection, and compliance with regulations. 

Notable Performances

With over 20 years of experience in information technology, Anna began her career working for a prime DoD manufacturing contractor before transitioning into technology consulting. She co-founded her own IT firm, providing data protection, storage, and disaster recovery services. She has also been part of a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) firm, identifying business technology challenges and cybersecurity vulnerabilities for improved resiliency and continuity. Anna has guided over 100 manufacturers through the implementation of cybersecurity practices to safeguard their operations.

Achievements

Anna earned a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Management from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University. She holds a CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) CCP (Certified CMMC Professional) certification, and a CMMC RPA (Registered Practitioner Advanced) certificate. In 2024, Anna was chosen as a finalist in the Corporate Innovation and Leadership – Small/Medium-Sized Businesses category at the 19th Annual Women of Innovation Ceremony hosted by the Connecticut Technology Council, for her work in driving cybersecurity innovation. Anna is bilingually proficient in both English and Polish.
