The program consists of four components:
1) CEO peer sessions. These are professionally facilitated roundtable discussions, with fellow manufacturing owners, geared toward helping you make better strategic decisions about your business.
2) Unlimited access to live and recorded “Learn-Do” sessions. These modules can accommodate up to four leadership team members and are designed to show you how to grow revenue. There are on-demand recorded modules and live modules available.
3) Revenue coaching. These one-on-one sessions with a revenue coach focus on your strategy, marketing, and sales plans. Either an owner or a designated subordinate can meet during these sessions.
4) Discounted access to optional services. Receive 20% discounted rates on Breakthrough Days, 90 Day Sprints, Special Conferences, Revenue Coaching Pack and other revenue-growth services.
The program is initiated at the first owner roundtable meeting.
The first roundtable peer discussion will be scheduled early 2019 so don’t wait to inquire!
