Primary Responsibilities
Matt is responsible for managing CONNSTEP’s sales and business development efforts, working collaboratively with our Regional Managers across market segments in the state to ensure our business consulting services deliver the expected outcomes for customers. His focus is on identifying opportunities for growth, improving productivity, and engaging with clients to meet their business needs in evolving economic conditions.

Matt has over 20 years of experience in various business-to-business sales and marketing leadership roles. His innovative thinking and strategic planning have helped clients achieve sales growth and increase market share. He has a proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams by building, strengthening, and managing client relationships through positive rapport, effective communication, and customized solutions. Matt brings a creative, entrepreneurial approach to his work and has provided business consulting to the consumer-packaged goods industry in recent years.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
