Primary Responsibilities

Matt leads CONNSTEP’s sales and marketing teams, working across market segments to ensure our business consulting services deliver the expected outcomes for customers. His focus is on identifying opportunities for growth, improving productivity, and engaging with clients to increase their competitiveness in evolving economic conditions.

Notable Performances

With more than 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience, Matt has led diverse teams in both B2B and B2C verticals across many industries. He has created and implemented innovative sales approaches that have increased revenue and improved profits. He has combined his knowledge of Lean tools, training, and experience to streamline operational processes and to successfully support workforce development.

Achievements

Matt graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. His career spans working in the automotive, financial and insurance industries for distinctive companies that include Hertz, Liberty Mutual, Paychex, Thomson Reuters, and Travelers.
