Bob is responsible for sales and business development in the South-Central and Southwestern Connecticut regions.

Notable Performances

In addition to his experience in engineering and manufacturing, Bob spent more than nine years as an executive recruiter sales trainer, specializing in the placement of engineering and manufacturing professionals and receiving client development awards for eight of those nine years. He brings extensive knowledge of business management, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement to companies in his region, enabling them to innovate, grow, and build a significant competitive advantage.

Achievements

Bob is a past member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and the Connecticut Association of Personnel Consultants (CAPS), where he served as a board member.
