Primary Responsibilities
Bill works with manufacturers and other businesses to analyze and assess their current state, engaging company leadership to develop actionable plans for growth by implementing industry best practices and benchmarking resources. He provides customized services specific to growing top line sales, building revenue streams, and planning go-to-market strategic initiatives. He also works with clients to develop and implement a strategic road map to position the business for improved profitability, equity, and sustainability.

As a business management executive, consultant, and advisor for many years, Bill has worked with dozens of companies to optimize their operations, improve performance, better manage cash flow, implement revenue-generating strategies, assist with acquisitions, and establish succession plans. His extensive management background has helped propel the growth and profitability of many businesses.
Achievements
Bill earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at George Washington University. He also studied Business Management/Textile Design and Technology at Philadelphia University and has an FSBI Business Coaching Certification.
