CONNSTEP CREATES, RETAINS 751 MANUFACTURING JOBS IN CONNECTICUT

(Statewide) – CONNSTEP, Connecticut’s leading provider of continuous improvement methodologies and growth advisory strategies for the manufacturing and healthcare industries, released its latest economic impact figures for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. The numbers indicate that CONNSTEP’s services have helped Connecticut manufacturers create or retain 751 jobs during that time period.
Additionally, these same manufacturers reported $26 million dollars of increased sales and $88 million dollars of retained sales, for a total of $115 million in overall sales impact after working with CONNSTEP.
CONNSTEP reported $10 million dollars in client cost reductions and $13 million dollars of company reinvestment. “While we are proud to showcase the benefits of CONNSTEP services,” said Bonnie Del Conte, CONNSTEP’s president, “We know that the results would not be possible without the dedication, creativity and drive to succeed that our clients demonstrate despite these challenging economic times.”
These impacts are reported for fiscal year 2012. These figures are client reported through an independent third-party audit of the NIST/MEP System.
