Products & Services

Tiger prototypes and designs custom metal stamped parts, components, and assemblies with a specialization in hinges in a variety of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper and platic. Material thickness range from a minimum of .005 to a maximum of .625. Tiger has large tonnage capacity presses up to 200 tons as well as a range of other press capabilites including bending and forming, and secondary press operations.

Tiger has a complete toolroom capability with Wire EDM and internal tool design. Tiger builds new and maintains existing metal stamping dies for it’s own use.

Tiger has many value added processes and services. These include CNC machining, tapping, milling, spot welding, assembly, tumbling, inventory management, riveting, and special packaging.
