Progress, Inc. provides engineering, CNC Machining and prototyping services to help manufacturers develop and manufacture products. Progress is a product design, manufacturing and prototyping company, providing engineering development services to many industries. Progress has been engaged in the design and development of many new products to these various industries including communication, military, aerospace, medical, building, industrial and consumer products. We provide prototyping solutions appropriate for the application. Low quantity production, pre-production and short run machining services are provided. Progress has worked as both product lead and team member for product development efforts and can adapt to work in the manner required by the Client and the project. We help our customers develop new products faster, more economical, and with no sacrifice in quality. Creating production solutions through jigs, fixtures and specialty tooling that accentuate quality from start to finish.

Progress began as a product design group in 1992 offering design and CAD training. In 2000, Progress expanded into rapid prototyping and CNC machining for prototyping. Progress operated one of the first 3D printing service bureaus in Connecticut until 2004 when our focus changed to CNC prototyping services. In 2006 we changed our name to Progress, Inc expanding manufacturing operations to include small to medium production and tooling fabrication.

Progress, Inc. is Located in Newington, in the heart of Connecticut, convenient to major highways and Bradley International Airport. Our business concentrates on mechanical design, manufacturing and fabrication that support those efforts. Founded in 1992, the company has grown and modernized to serve an expanding client base. Over the years we have developed a niche for quick turn-around projects. We are here as a resource for high quality engineering, prototyping and small-medium production machining.
