22 all-electric molding machines with a 35 ton to 385 ton capacity with machine repeatability of 0.0005”, insert molding, up to 200 ton vertical clamp capacity, over molding, lights-out, 24/7 operation, short & long production runs, robotic sprue pickers, automated conveyors and CMM equipment, specializing in high heat, filled, engineered resins, elastomers and all commodity resins, preventative mold maintenance program, process validation, lot traceability, PlantStar® planning, scheduling & process monitoring, JIT/Ship-To-Stock kanban supplier, dew point controlled facilities (for hydroscopic sensitive materials).

On site or local proximity to customers, reduces part cost by eliminating transportation cost, reducing packaging & inventory cost.

Secondary operations that include, hot stamping, machining, heat staking, sonic welding & part sssembly.

Mold making capabilities: prototype & multi-cavity high production tools, domestic tooling, asian tooling, proficient and highly skilled tool design, hydraulic core pulls: cam activated, unscrewing, 3D machining / CNC, EDM, quick turn-around mold changes, mold sampling and evaluation, production support/maintenance, engineering changes – design & implementation, innovative fixturing, solidworks
