CICC:  Continuous Improvement Champion Certification Program

Lean Manufacturing is a business strategy focused on improving productivity by maximizing value-added activities while eliminating waste.

Lean allows organizations to be more efficient and customer focused - better able to face the competitive challenges of the future.

Lean's foundation is the educational development of all employees throughout the organization. The CONNSTEP Continuous Improvement Champion Certification (CICC) Program helps you develop the skills needed to implement Lean and create positive change within your company.
