Conscious Leadership
A three-part webcast series led by Carmen Brickner of
CLEARbrick, Inc.
"The first responsibility of a leader is to define
reality.
The last is to say thank you.
In between, the leader is a servant."
Max dePree
Leadership is the art of influencing behavior in others. If we are in a position of authority, we are constantly impacting others' performance through our own behavior, whether we are conscious of it or not. What we think impacts the subtle and not-so-subtle messages we send in profound ways.
In this multi-part webcast series, you will learn how to assess leadership skills and attitudes, increase awareness of how we all unconsciously telegraph attitudes through body language and actions, and develop conscious changes in your thinking that will provide clear and productive leadership messages.

patterns.
You will also be provided with an assessment to help evaluate
your impact on others' effectiveness.
