2007 Manufacturers'
Advantage Conference
The 2007 Manufacturers' Advantage Conference was held October 24th and 25th at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford.
Over 300 manufacturers attended the two-day event which featured over 30 opportunities to learn new tools and techniques, innovative business strategies and best practices in the manufacturing industry.
The conference culminated with the presentation of the 2007 Connecticut Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing. Three Connecticut companies received the award for world-class business processes - HID Global of North Haven, recipient of the 2007 Connecticut Gold Shingo Prize, ASML of Wilton and GyrusACMI of Stamford, each receiving the 2007 Connecticut Bronze Shingo Prize.
