RBC Bearings has been providing bearing solutions to our customers since 1919. Over the past ten years, under the leadership of our current management team, RBC Bearings has significantly broadened our end markets, products, customer base and geographic reach. We currently have 25 facilities, of which 23 are manufacturing facilities, in four countries. RBC currently has three formal manufacturing facilities in Connecticut: RBC Heim Bearings in Fairfield, RBC Aircraft Products Inc, in Torrington, and PIC Design in Middlebury.  We also have a components manufacturing plant attached to our Corporate HQ in Oxford.

To participate, your company must meet certain eligibility requirements:

  • Company must be registered with either a primary or secondary manufacturing NAICS code (CONNSTEP will verify).
  • Supply chain manufacturers located within Connecticut are included.
  • The product’s final assembly, manufacturing or processing must take place in Connecticut and the manufacturing facility must be located in Connecticut.
