Model TG Thermostat for Absentee Landlords is a temperature limiting thermostat with optional setback features. These thermostats ensure a comfortable space while preventing over heating, over cooling and excessive wear and tear on equipment. The TG family is available in a variety of models including heating only, cooling only, heat/cool and heat pump. Automatic Lighting controls are occupancy based, require no batteries, time clocks or programming. Provide the right amount of light, where and when you need it. Automatically illuminate signs on cloudy days for better visibility. Integrate TME thermostats for automatic setback of HVAC at store closing or integrate the e-Stat® for programmable control of designated lighting channels. TrackMiser® current limiting sub panels help to reduce lighting load calculations required to meet energy codes.

  • The e-Stat® is a 2-way communicating HVAC and auxiliary load control that puts you at the helm of your energy management program.  Feature rich with simple controls. Allows easy scheduling of multiple locations from your PC, while providing a wealth of information and insight with accurate monitoring and alerting capabilities.
