Introduction to Lean Workshop

Traditional manufacturing philosophies stress high utilization of machinery and manpower with little consideration for cycle time or manufacturing waste.

Conversely, Lean Manufacturing establishes a systematic approach to eliminating wastes and creating greater production efficiencies through maximizing value-added activities. Implementing Lean practices helps develop and implement a long-term plan to streamline your operations for success.

Introduction to Lean Manufacturing is a half-day interactive and experiential workshop that illustrates the power Lean Manufacturing principles can have on revolutionizing shop-floor operations.

Who Should Attend?

Equally accessible to senior management, office staff and the full labor force, Introduction to Lean Manufacturing provides everyone with a common understanding of how Lean principles can be used to dramatically improve manufacturing operations.

Introduction to Lean Manufacturing has a class size limited to twelve participants to allow for a better learning opportunity.

Sessions run from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and are held at CONNSTEP, 1090 Elm Street in Rocky Hill, Connecticut.
